If you aren't happy with your Shade Anchor in the first 60 days you have it, you can return it for a full refund.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at Help@TheShadeAnchor.com for a ship-to address in the United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds 

You should get your refund within a couple of business days after we get your return. If a week passes and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

To exchange your product, please email us at Help@TheShadeAnchor.com for a ship-to address in the United States and details on the exchange. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanges will be shipped via US Postal Service.
